The Muscle Health Research Centre (MHRC) invites trainees, researchers, clinicians, and students to attend the upcoming International Trainee Seminar Series focused on Aging and Biomechanics.
This seminar will feature presentations from three trainee researchers whose work advances understanding of musculoskeletal health, biomechanics, and rehabilitation, particularly in relation to aging populations and upper limb function.
Speakers include:
• Stephen Boulanger, PhD Candidate, York University
• Lauren Straatman, Postdoctoral Fellow, University of Waterloo
• Kathryn Rex, PhD Candidate, Penn State University
Their research explores key topics including rotator cuff disease, osteoarthritis, upper limb biomechanics, surgical outcomes, and joint preservation strategies.
